The gap of silence
There is nothing more damaging for the success of a company than
bad communication.
The lack of possibilities to communicate, to exchange ideas, to
ask for help and finding it leads directly to opting out and a decrease
in performance.
Especially in phases of restructuring and change, an environment
that encourages communication is indispensable.
Only if the people in a company are included in the decision making
process will new structures be successfully installed.
